Hi @lal54,
Thanks for contacting us,
I hope you are doing well, You can do it through the ‘Bulk Actions’ in the WordPress default user list.
You can filter the pending users first, once the list is populated then you can check them all and perform the deny bulk action.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
You wrote: “You can do it through the ‘Bulk Actions’ in the WordPress default user list.

My questions:
1. Where is the “WordPress default user list”?
2. “once the list is populated then you can check them all and perform the deny bulk action.”
– Where is that done? Is it at the “New User Approval”? There is no such option there.
Please forgive my ignorance. I don’t have a technical background.
Thank you!
Hi @lal54,
We have explained this in this video. Please have a look at the screencast video.
Thank you

It still takes too long to delete those users.
1. Is it possible to delete them from your plugin permanently?
2. If not, can the spammers be put on a “Black List” at your plugin? Most of them are bots.
Thank you!

I figured out that selecting all “pending users” on the WP Dashboard makes deleting them easy. So I can delete them all in one shot.
– If you can put in my previous suggestions, that would make it even easier. But that is not urgent.
Thank you very much!
Hi @lal54,
Sure, we have noted your suggestions. we will add improvements to the User list page of our plugin in one of the future updates.
Thank you
