    Hi there,

    We’re trying to determine why the product options we’ve entered are showing up fine on the product page, but are not coming through to the cart or the Order Receipt.

    Things we have tried:
    – unchecked the Ajax add to cart
    – Turned off all other plugins except woocommerce and turned them on one by one to ensure there wasn’t a plugin conflict

    Any other ideas?

    ETA –

    We received one subscription order and that is showing the field info. Now subscription products are still not showing the info.

    Hello/
    In my site also was problem like you. To fix this you need open wordpress plugin page and click settings for this plugin. You will see checkbox – “Show in cart
    Show in Checkout”.

    @simatic007 Thank you! That did it. My guess is that these settings might have changed during an upgrade, so hopefully your answer will help others too.
