Selected cover photos not showing

with the new update 7.3.12 may 03 2020, selected photos for album covers are not showing. The setting in Table IV-D-2 is set to RANDOM, which is how the covers are being displayed DESPITE that the setting should be being overridden in the individual albums as there are specific photos selected for each album in the Album Admin

I want each album to have its selected photo to display as it did before the update – NOT a random photo from the album

For example – in the page link given Ladies Dress shoes should be using the file droppedImage_29.png as its cover image (you can see it if you view the album images – it has no Photoname so that it displays before the actual shoes)
