I installed your Contact Form 7 plugin I’m trying to set up the form to put contact section type if it selects contact goes to an email1 and if it selects support goes pro to email2

I configured the form as below

    <label> Seu nome (obrigatório)
    [text* your-name] </label>

    <label> Seu e-mail (obrigatório)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    <label> Assunto
    [text your-subject] </label>

    <label> Sua mensagem
    [textarea your-message] </label>

    [select your-recipient “Contato|curtiaqui.com.br@gmail.com”
    “Suporte|achei.blog@gmail.com”
    “Financeiro|guia.srv.br@gmail.com”]

    [submit “Enviar”]

Why was not the email sent to the selected email?

  • 1. Try making the select form-tag required (*)

    [select* your-recipient “Contato|curtiaqui.com.br@gmail.com”
    “Suporte|achei.blog@gmail.com”
    “Financeiro|guia.srv.br@gmail.com”]

    2. Make sure that in the Mail tab you have [your-recipient] in the To: field.

I am trying to do the same thing, but the problem I have is with the Mail tab. When you put [your-recipient] in the To: field, it throws up an error: “Invalid mailbox syntax is used”. Is there a way round this?

    Same problem for me…

I made the select field mandatory with the * – Did the trick
