I’ve used this code for a drop down…

[select your-recipient “Test|” “General Enquiry|” “Chris Tufnell (Vicar)|” “Anna De Castro (Children, Youth and Families Worker)|” “Helen Hayward (Church Warden)|” “Lynsey Frost (Parish Safeguarding Officer)|”]</label>

And then used [your-recipient] in the ‘To’ field on the ‘Mail’ tab.

    Based on the info here…

But I’m getting a ‘Invalid mailbox syntax is used.’ error. Can you help me work out what I’m doing wrong? I’ve tried without the brackets and commas in the fields but still no joy.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

See Invalid mailbox syntax is used.

Try making the form-tag a required menu field:

[select* your-recipient include_blank "Test|" "General Enquiry|" "Chris Tufnell (Vicar)|" "Anna De Castro (Children, Youth and Families Worker)|" "Helen Hayward (Church Warden)|" "Lynsey Frost (Parish Safeguarding Officer)|"]

Thanks, that’s made the error message go but the form isn’t sending. I’m getting… ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’

I’ve set up a Mailgun account and used their app to push all mail through the API but then the little loading icon just spins and spins and nothing else happens.

    Any ideas on that?
