Select2 not working on Shipping

    Nice plugin, works pretty good. Having an issue with the select2 dropdowns not initializing on the shipping address form (for province/state/country) in the 2nd step. No JS errors or anything obvious, and it works fine if I both deactivate the plugin or combine billing and shipping into the same step. Just not if shipping is its own step.

    Would you please update the plugin to the 2.17 version? There the select2 should initialize on all the country/state/province select input fields.

    I was working on this release for a while now. You reported the issue at the right moment so I could include the fix in this release 🙂
