Select Role(s) not showing “subscribers” | WordPress.org

I installed the plugin and I’m ready to sart using. However when I go to “Select Role(s)” it only shows the “administrator” option, and no “subscribers” option. How can I solve this? Looking forward to your help. Thank you.

@dartford5 Plugin shows roles only if system has users under that role. Can you go to all users in WordPress admin and see if there are any users under subscribers role. Thanks.

Hi @dartford5 it looks like you are managing subscribers with other means and your subscribers doesn’t have account in your site. This plugin is only able to send emails to users who have account in the site. Thanks.
