 * I am asked to select owner when I add a business – but there is no way to add
   an owner, just a blue drop down list appears – but its empty.

 * Have you tried to add a new user from the admin users menu and set the role “
   Businessman” for this user? This way you should see all “Businessmen” in that
   blue drop down.
