It happens when I try to setup post of CPT “Download”.
Sorry for not reading your question correctly.
Can you enable debug mode in your back end. Then carry out the same routing of inserting a file and see if the debug picks up what is happening.
If the above does not help can you disable all your other plugins and carry out the same task.
Please excuse me, but I don’t have desire to do all these things.
I’ve found another plugin that perfectly matches the needs of my current project.
