 * I have a few questions or suggestions to add to the Plug In.
 * 1. Problem – I am using a Select Field for asking clients yes or no questions
   and the About Required will show a red Asterisks but it does not work. How do
   I ix?
 * 2. Suggestion – I have a reservation form for clients to book a chocolate fountain.
 * Is there a way to have a preview of the filled out form show up on a page after
   it has been submitted? And is there a way to add more text information besides
   the form information like adding terms and conditions to the email?
 * 3. Is there a way to have field layouts it one straight row instead of stacked
   on-top of each other?
 * 4. Does your form have a Calculated Fields so I can assign – number of guests
   to cost per person, plus delivery, tax, sub total, Total Amount?
 * 5. Also to have an option to use Paypal or to send payment in by check function.
 * 6. Clear Button
 * 7. Is there a way to customize the reservation form that is sent to my email?
 * Love the product, just need to get these things and I can use this for all my
   websites. I have 2 styles of form and just need to get these functions working
   for me.
 * Great Job on the PlugIn.
