Select Field Not Saving more then 3 Options

    Hi!

    I am editing the Default registration form and added a select field. I am adding 8 options in total, but after saving the form, all text in the options after the 3rd one disappear (the spaces are there, but no more text). When I check the form in the front end, there’s an empty space below the 3rd option.

    Please help. Thank you!
