    I want to select category via Ajax like tags on post.php
    Is there any plugin for that? Is there any function for it or could I do it with ACF?

    Since the category is a hierarchical taxonomy, you can have the same term in multiple places, unlike tags which are flat. So it doesn’t work to do it the same way.
