Select and radio inputs label and options problem

    Hello

    There seems to be an issue with labels for select and radio inputs of the form builder.
    The labels are not displayed.

    So when I created a radio field with the label – Do you want to receive news and updates – Yes / No
    The radio options are displayed but the label is not. So people cannot know why they should select YES or NO.

    The select field is also giving problem. Options are not displayed in a dropdown. Also strangely, the label is inside the select box instead of over.
