Select all option with Radio Buttons

hello,

is there any way i can have “Select All” When i filter results by post type Radio Button ?

we have this option on checkbox type but when we choose radio button there is not “select all” option!

i want the user to be able to see all results at first and then click on every post type to see only result for that post type !
