 * By ‘user role’, do you mean WordPress user roles such as administrator, subscriber,
   etc.? If so, that’s not possible because you can have a CRM contact without having
   a WordPress user associated with it.
 * Segment conditions can only apply to Jetpack CRM contact information. For example,
   you can use Contact Status field (as specified in this [doc](https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/field-settings/#contact-field-options)),
