seems not to work with user registration form (bbpress)

i am using bbpress. on login form the math captcha appears. but not on register form. although it contains
<?php do_action( 'register_form' ); ?>like user login form contains<?php do_action( 'login_form' ); ?>
but the captcha just appears on login form. whats wrong? i activated registration form and bbpress in settings
