• Very easy to use and seems good, but if your site is down then you usually can’t get to your site or WordPress – which means you have no way to use the backup to restore the site.
For example – the WordPress login is one of the php files that will almost always get infected. This means any attempt to login to WP so you can do a restore is fruitless.
I don’t get it – it seems like a fatal flaw. What am I missing?
I make sure I download the backup then use SGBP Extractor to extract the contents. I will use WinSCP to restore the files once I get FTP access back up.
It’s like a product that saves a backup of your email password in your email…
