Seems free, but it isn’t

Was really excited to use this theme, since the homepage on the demo looked so nice. When I started to dig into it, I discovered that you have to upload a template to get the homepage layout from Envato marketplace (which isn’t free). It doesn’t look like there’s a free way to get the homepage that’s in the demo.
