  • Try disabling all plugins and see if it continues to happen.

    Also lots of plugins get errors not being able to do things like change filesystem permissions. Eg uploading media it has no read perms set

    have confirmed that the issue is with the host Panthur and not wp. Once I moved to another host immediately everything works again.
