Seeking "Members Only" plugin for INDIVIDUAL users

In short, I need a plugin that performs the function of Member Only 1.1.6, which restricts navigation-bar items for logged-in users only, but takes it a step further, only allowing access of specific pages to specific users.
For instance, assume you have a website with the following navigation bar:
About Us – Our Services – Contact Us – Client Login
With Members Only 1.1.6, once the user logs in via the Client Login widget above (Theme My Login), the following navigation bar is visible:
CONTROL PANEL – About Us – Our Services – Contact Us – Log Out
That’s excellent, but I need to provide individual access to specific control panels containing proprietary information for SPECIFIC users.
Is there a plugin out today that offers such functionality?
