  • I have just started using this plugin. Now that I have it working, I would like to understand it a little better.

    In SETTINGS there are two headings I don’t understand.

    One is CRITERIA. The other is MULTIPLE CRITERIA.

    Can you please explain to me what these are for and how these settings would be used?

    Single criteria is a single stars rating.
    So reviewer has ability to choose 1 from 5 stars, like it works on your site.

    When it set to multiple you can allow reviewer to review by multiple criterias like:

    – Quality
    – Communication
    – Skills
    – Deadline

    And user will be able to choose one from 5 stars for each of this criterias and it will be displayed with review.

    This works great. I like it.

    One feature I would like to see is a text box in the admin panel to exclude some usernames from reviews. For example, my staff will be managing our communities but will not be participating in them. So if I had the option, I would exclude staff usernames from the review system.
