What is your operating system and version?

Is your mysql not a standard install, or is it costumized? Wchih version you’re using (percona, mysql, mariadb, etc)?

I cannot see those even with debug mode on.

It’s a standard install, of MySQL 5.6. Nothing special and not customized beyond a normal tuning. The OS is the latest Centos 7. See below:

    Hi Raul,

I think it might be related to the fact that the server is running PHP 7.1 and they changed how this was handled. In searching for answers I am finding a ton bugs being put in for WordPress, Woocommerce and other plugins related to this same issue.

I think your error logging may be to high, are you using it in the notice level?
I suggest you set it to warning or above, on your php.ini settings.

I also run PHP 7.1 and no issues.
Of course, if you have restrictions on functions that can run from within php, whenever you try to run one of those, it will show up on the logs depending on your log level.
