    I think what you are asking is that the list of posts (and/or pages) would have a column that indicates whether the post is blocked or not?

    Yes, that is actually on the 2.8.3 project list. 2.8.3 will continue the process of rebuilding the admin features and also adding new admin side features. It will complete the new User Management updates that were begun in 2.8.2 and will also add the feature you are asking about here.
