security warning: connection is not secure

Hi all,

When people try to visit my site on Firefox and Chrome both give a security warning that the connection is not secure, and “The owner of http://www.sweetfreaks.ooo has configured their website improperly.”

I’ve ensured on the WordPress Settings -> General that the WordPress and Site address read: https://www.sweetfreaks.ooo

The site is hosted by DreamHost. I have a Self-signed SSL, and the Encrypt SSL.

I also installed HTTP Headers for WordPress as seen here: https://zinoui.com/blog/http-headers-for-wordpress

I don’t know what else to do because when you search Google for how to fix insecure connections and security certificates, it returns results for the end user and not the site owner. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
