Security Strength Meter and Points Breakdown graphics missing

    Logging into one of my sites admin at work the Graphics in WP-Security for the Security Strength meter and Security Poiunts Breakdown are displayed correctly.

    At home they are missing, the numerical value for Security Strength are visible. Both locations are using Windwso 10 Enterprise. What should I be looking for? I’ve disabled firewall (Bullguard) no difference. Is a certain version of Java required? Your help will be greatly appreaciated.

    Hi, what browser are you currently using at home? Try and carry out a test using a different browser if you have more than one. Make sure your browser/s are up to date and you clear the browser cache.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Both Chromes are the same version. However the plugin displays correctly in Firefox at home.

    Hi, so you are saying that if you use Firefox browser at home it displays correctly. But if you use Google Chrome you get the display issue. Then you can say that the problem is your Google Chrome browser. What about edge browser, have you tested that browser?

    I took the sledgehammer approach and blew away all user data for Chrome. Everything now working in Chrome my browser of preference. Thank you for your help.
