# Security Risk

 * After installing this plugin I was going through the settings and noticed that
   there is no place to put the name of the person (me) who is receiving the questions.
   When I saw the product on my site, it had grabbed my Admin ID for the login to
   my WordPress site – which, of course, I had changed. I see this as a security
   issue because now a hacker/anyone can see what the Admin name to my site is. 
   This should NEVER be allowed. I will take this plugin off and try another. This
   is too big a risk. Please add a setting to put the name of the person who the
   visitors are talking to and do not grab the Admin ID.

 * The plugin uses the agent’s ID, to get their Display Name. This is all done through
   WordPress’s core functionality, and is done according to WordPress standards.
 * We will definitely add a setting in there though 🙂
