Hello @lmstearn,
Please, re-activate the plugin:
• WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again
Then clear your website cache. It should fix the issue. Did it help you?
If it didn’t, please send us the following for better understanding the cause of the issue:
- Your PHP version
- Your CMS version (also, is it Multisite or Single)
- The link to the cache solutions if you use any
- Your webserver error log (it could be found in your hosting account)
You can send the log either via email:
support@cleantalk.org
Or create a private ticket:
https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
Thanks, submitted a ticket, will update here if anything of note arises. 🙂
We’ve fixed this issue in our plugin. The fixed version is here: https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip
All the changes made will be included in the next stable release.
I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”. If you have any further questions, you can start a new topic or contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
Turns out the issue was not site specific, albeit resolved now.
Thanks again. 🙂
You’re welcome!
If you have a moment, could you please leave us some feedback? We would be very grateful: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/security-malware-firewall/reviews/
