    Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Mailchimp integration on my signup popup. When I test the form on my page (https://connect.heartandshadow.com/companion-workbook-copy-copy/), I fill in the name and email fields and click “Want In.” However, I get a red error message saying, “Sorry, security error.”

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

    • I’ve added my API key.
    • Mailchimp integration is enabled.
    • I’m using tags and have set the correct tag in the settings.
    • I’ve tested the form on three devices: a PC and two mobile phones. The issue persists across all devices.

Despite these efforts, the error persists, and I’m unsure what it means or how to resolve it. I’ve also linked a screenshot of the error message for reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_KfqhSQ-gYBAUy2anVVAAJEGLkCWDbNP/view?usp=sharing

Could you help me identify what’s causing this error and how to fix it?

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

It worked with Mailchimp, but unfortunately, I recently had to switch to ConvertKit (now known as KIT.com). However, I noticed that your integration only supports ConvertKit sequences, which isn’t ideal for my needs. The issue is that we can’t track where these subscribers are coming from, as they aren’t segmented or tagged properly.

It would be incredibly helpful if the integration could be expanded to support forms or tags, as these are the only ways to properly track and understand where subscribers are coming from and what actions they’re taking.

Is this something that could be added to your integration with ConvertKit? Any guidance or updates would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please try using Zapier webhooks for integration for all features I will also check with developer to see if it can be done.

    Thanks

Thanks! I was also wondering if you don’t work with Mailer Lite? Sorry, I’m trying to find the most appropriate provider, and they are all so expensive. I found Mailer Lite to be ok .

I wanted to add that I’m not a Zapier client and cannot afford their expensive services as a small business ( solopreneur). Not at this time. I would really appreciate it if you could kindly integrate with Mailer Lite as well as convertkit using any form of segmentation or tags so that it is possible to know where they come from and send them appropriate communication automatically. Thanks so very much by advance. Best regards
