    I am using your forms on various different pages of our website and have no issues however I recently added a form to a new page and we are getting alot of complaints that people are receiving the below error message:

    “security check referral does not match site”

    I cannot figure out why all of the other forms on the same website work fine and have for years, but this one is having so many issues.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Nevermind the above, we have chosen to use an alternate form plugin so the page I listed above now has a new form on it.

    Sorry to hear about that. Typically, this error message appears when the form was submitted from a URL not on your site. It’s a security precaution to prevent CSRF, or Cross-Site Request Forgery.

    I just got this problem, reported from my client….

    My case wqs i posted this form link to facebook, they access the form directed from there. Just wonder if it is one of the cause of issue. But it’ll make user like us very hesitated. Hope ti resolve it soonest.
