I disabled all plugins, but the problem still the same.
Voting disappears after the plugin update.

This is pretty strange: did you deleted all your caches before disabling w3 total cache?

I’ve just rated an article and it work indeed. This is so strange: does your server use some kind of caching system?

The rating it works for users, but not work for the website administrator.
(I use Total cache plugin, but cache for server, i don’t know)
