security breach on "saved post revision"

  • I would like to request an update of the “saved post revision” that appears when i leave the wordpress post without saving. When I choose it the whole page will change into a scam page “welcome into the matrix …..
bla bla bla” or is there any patch that i need to put

  • Congrats! You have found an easter egg!
That happens when you try to compare the same post revision – i.e. compare a revision to itself. It isn’t a security breach, it is intentional.

It doesn’t hurt anything, just a bit of fun. Essentially, you cannot compare the exact same revision to itself to look for differences – there are no differences as it’s the exact same revision.

YOu can turn it off if you feel the need…
