    Of course!!!
    I would actually strongly advise you to run your site with Ultimate Member with SSL, so that your traffic is is secured.
    I would even advise you to run every WordPress site with SSL :-).

    Yes, UM works fine with SSL. As martnytrm says, you should use SSL on your site.
