 * Hello all —
 * In the past few months, I’ve been getting a very high number of registrations
   on my blog. There is a pattern of email addresses registered for the names of
   ending in “.ru”.
 * My concern is that Russian spam traffickers are looking for vulnerabilities within
   WordPress to use my system for spamming. I know Russia has a huge history of 
   spamming, for whatever reason, so I’m concerned about my security.
 * However, after frequently reviewing my logs, I don’t notice any security vulnerabilities,
   rewritten code or other malicious acts.
 * My question is this: is there something that I should look for in particular?
   Is there a pattern low level spammers exploit, or is there something sophisticated
   spam artists look for that I should try to patch? Because these registrations
   come from Russia in particular, is there a pattern of behavior that Russian spammers
   are noticed for exploiting?
