I know that Jetpack has a protection against brute force attacks, but that concerns only cracking passwords, if I am not mistaken? If no, which plan do I have to choose for security? The free version of Jetpack does have the brute force protection as you mention, which is only for logins. * [Jetpack Scan](https://jetpack.com/support/scan/) provides an additional layer of security by monitoring for changes to core WordPress files and threats from compromised or outdated plugins. * For what you’re describing, it sounds like you might need more of a Firewall product. I see that Wordfence proposes a firewall but it will slow down my site, so I prefer to avoid. I would have a clarification request, if you agree to reply: to access my website and be able to intercept the money, do the hackers absolutely need to guess and crack the password or they can do it without it? If they need to guess the password, then it is ok with Jetpack as my password is very strong.
