 * I’m trying to setup a strong/secure wordpress install, and just downloaded/activated
   the askapache plugin ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/askapache-password-protect/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/askapache-password-protect/))
 * However, after setting everything up, nothing looks changed – I can just access
   everything all the same (it never even asked me to create a new password/key
   when I installed the plugin..)
 * Is this because i’m using it on localhost? I’m not partial to this program, but
   it seemed a smart idea!
