Secure Solutions

Hi Everyone
I am still new with WordPress so I am doing a research on the Multisite I am going to develop. But I want to find a way in where if something is changed on one of my sites i.e plugin, would not affect the rest of the sites. I am looking for safe & secure solutions for the multisites.
