 * I’m looking to restrict downloads, plain links from a directory, to logged in
   users. Any tips?
 * I have the download manager plugin installed but it keeps hanging. Ideal solution
   would be a function .htaccess combo that simply secures a directory unless a 
   user is logged in. I’m new to this so please give as much detail as you can.
