Sections not showing up

Hello. I have downloaded (and uploaded) a theme which shows everything in the preview, but when i apply the theme to my blog, the sidebar and other sections below do not show up. my site is http://www.cbemusic.com/livingongigging. am i missing something? it looks like the code is there in the php file:
