Section Scroller acting weirdly

Hello guys,

I am using the Uncode theme which has a default Section Scroller that scrolls to sections with links like a ‘ href=”#section” ‘.

Some of the menu items on my website are linked to particular sections on some pages. For example: http://oroaudio.com/music/#beglys

It works well on devices with screen resolution of 1366 x 768, though, on my friend’s computer with 1080p resolution, instead of scrolling to that particular section, the page scroller jumps up and down a few times and then brings it to the very top section that has a full-screen video background… This problem does not occur on pages that do not have the video background, so I am assuming that the page scroller doesn’t communicate well with the video background div that has position of absolute and z-index of -1…

Any ideas? Any help would be very much appreciated.
