Secondary GA4 (e-commerce data)

    How to integrate GA 4 as a secondary tag while using UGA as the primary one? there is no documentation for this option. Currently, my GA4 shows all data except for e-commerce data… Not sure what is missing in my configuration.

    The free plugin does’t support this feature.

    We can’t answer questions related to the paid plugin on this forum.

    However, adding a second GA4 will most likely don’t fix the missing e-commerce data. There is probably something else going on. I suspect the purchase event doesn’t fire for some reason.

    Do you use a custom thank you page?

    Do you see any purchase events reported by Google?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response here, i have opened a support ticket (with my pro subscription) for this topic.

    Generally, the UGA is working fine and capturing the e-commerce data, however, the GA4 is able to capture all data except for the eCommerce.
