# Second stripe account problem

 * when i try to connect the second stripe account it gives me the following error?
   Advice?

 * Glad you reached out and to be honest I don’t know what would cause that to happen.
   
   I’ve searched through our support forum here and our priority support forum as
   well but I only found 2 cases of the same error. In both cases, the customers
   were able to resolve it but none of them share what the problem was.
 * My suggestion here is to disconnect all Stripe accounts and try to reconnect 
   again.

 * I tried, but it doesn’t work. I also entered the second account giving error 
   first and then the first one, but the account takes it. I always make an error
   when I try to enter the second account. Other solutions?
