    I created a slideshow and when I look to the show on my page I see the first picture OK but on the left side there is a small stripe of the next picture to see. Looks like as it is behind to show there is onother picture. What to do to see only one picture on the page?

    Hi,

    Does it happen in the preview area also? Can you share a link to the page?

    Hi, thanks for your quick response. Looks like the problem is solved, I changed from Fles Slide to R. Slide and back and now it looks good. By the way, do you have an idea how to treadt high formatted pictures? If you want, have a look at the page Test Slideshow.

    Thank you very much,

    Josef

    I solved the problem by resizing the picture to a hight which fits much better into the page. If there is another way, please be so kind and let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Glad to hear you got it working! You can also disable the cropping under Advanced Settings.

    I’ll mark this as resolved but feel free to reply further as needed. By the way, if you’re enjoying MetaSlider please leave us a 5-star review. They really help us out and let others find our plugin more easily.
    If you don’t think we deserve the 5 stars please let us know how we can improve, too. Thanks!

    I refer to my first entry: now I found out what’s happen! I increased the width of the picture from 700 to 900 px and then the next picture appears behind the first one as a small strip on the left side.You can see this now on my page, here is the link I will change nothing for the next time on this page.

    Hi,

    Your theme has a pretty aggressive style rule for <ul> elements. You can override it with another style rule.

    .flexslider .slides {
      margin:0 !important;
    }

    Let me know if that works.

    OK looks like it works, check it while calling the link again. But it don’t work if I am following as mentioned with “Add CSS”

    Welcome to the CSS editor
    You may add any CSS styles here that you want to load on pages that have this slideshow.

    To make a style specific to this slideshow alone, use the following prefix:
    #metaslider-id-2648

    No pictures a visible with this call.

    Thank you very much for your help,

    Greetings from Germany

    I think I understand what you mean.

    If you want to use the ID so it’s only affecting the one slideshow, you can scope it like this:

    #metaslider-id-2648 .flexslider .slides {
      margin: 0 !important!
    }
