# Second Lightbox Problem

 * Hi again,
    I just noticed a second problem with the lightbox. From some galleries
   the lightbox is displayed with arrows to jump forward and backward … from other
   only a static image appears in the lightbox. The settings are the same for all
   galleries.

 * After having a closer look at your site it seems that you aren’t using a NextGen’s
   lightbox at all ( the one that’s loading is Magnific Popup that’s added by Enfold
   theme )
 * Perhaps you have the lightbox effect deactivated from “NextGen Gallery -> Other
   Options -> Lightbox Effects -> What lightbox would you like to use?” and the 
   one the theme enqueues is active on specific pages only.
 * Side note that you will have to deactivate the Enfold’s lightbox effect otherwise
   both lightbox effects will open at once.
