 * The secondary header image is only showing up on my home page. How do I get it
   to show on all pages? Thanks!

 * Hi…sorry for late reply… anyway, to show something on all pages, if you are using
   the WordPress custom header feature, it’s just for the front page only. However,
   what you can do is use a text widget (I recommend the Advanced Text Widget plugin)
   to load the image or slider in the “Showcase” widget position. This will show
   up on all pages unless you select specific pages to show it. Basically in the
   text field for the widget, do the html image tag:
 * <img src=”path-to-your-image.jpg” />
 * Or if you are using a slider, add its shortcode instead.
