Second form not sending emails

I have a very strange issue with my contact form 7. I have made two different forms, one for the footer of the website and the other for the “contact us” page. The form on the “contact us” page works fine sending emails but for some reason the form that I created for the footer does not seem to send emails. I have tried, deleting the form and recreating it, duplicating the one that works, changing the “to” email. So far nothing has proven to work.

I yet have to try deleting the CF7 and reinstalling it. I am worried that if I delete the CF7 I’ll loose the form that does works.

Any idea one what Im doing wrong or how I can resolve this problem would be much appreciated.
