 * Does anyone know of a plugin that can create a second HTML content area in a 
   blog post?
 * Or can someone direct me to some documentation that explains how to set this 
   up?

 * If you are not using excerpts in your theme you can check out [this article I wrote](http://manisheriar.com/blog/use-wordpress-excerpts-to-create-a-second-content-area),
   which allows you to use wordpress excerpts to create a second content area.
