    Lack of professional support. Things work, but when a problem comes up, the support is almost impossible to find. And even if you find them, the waiting of the solution is taking too much time. The plugins are good, too bad that the support isn’t up to the standards.

    *edit: I must say that lately the support for the plugin has improved, and they are responding and fixing problems quickly. Giving more stars 🙂
