I have seasonal pages that I put up at certain times of the year. When the season is over, I’d like to take it down, but save it for next year. But your only options are to edit or put into trash.

Please make an “Unpublish” option so that it doesn’t show, but is not lost. Then, I can use it again when appropriate.

This already exists. Just edit the page status and set it to draft.

Thanks – but where is the “save to draft” option?

    I only see:

    (under “Publish”)
    Status: Published Edit
    Visibility: Public Edit
Published on (then the date and time) Edit

BUT NONE OF THOSE “Edit” links have a “save to draft” option.

    So, I’m missing it somewhere….

Try clicking the Edit link next to Status: Published.

    I DID!

As I said in my last post….

BUT NOTHING HAPPENS when I click on that edit… I’ve tried refreshing the page, closing and reopening the page, and the site… still, clicking on that Edit link does absolutely nothing!

    Must I update to 3.0.4?

Erm, well you should update, but that link should work regardless. Maybe use a different browser?

Also, you should be able to change the post status from the “quick edit” option in the page list.

The Quick Edit link had the option and it worked… thanks very much. FYI: I still can’t get anything from the “status” edit link… but I guess I don’t care… thanks again.
