 * #-Tags are linked to “search.twitter.com” domain, but that leads to “not found”
   message. Just linking to “twitter.com” (with the same request parameter) does
   the job. I fixed functions.php, but I hope this will be fixed in next release.
 * Also I see that “#grüne” is not linked in complete, just “#gr”, German umlaut
   seems to be a problem.
