search/repalce – auto add links

    I run a sports site and want to automatically link to a players stat page when a player is referenced. I have been doing this manually but was wondering if there’s a plugin for this.

    For example in a blogpost ->

    Automatically change:

    Adrian Peterson was great today with 162 total yards.

    TO

    Adrian Peterson was great today with 162 total yards.

    Is there any way to do this?
